Purpose of the Fundraiser
Money is being raised to help defray costs associated with running your Palatine Amateur Football Association (PAFA). The money you raise supports your teams and is used primarily for equipment needs including helmets & shoulder pads. It helps keep your registration & participation costs low by participating in this fundraiser.
Selling Instructions – Please read carefully!
You have been given 5 Football Fantasy Sweepstakes tickets to sell. Each ticket sells for $20. The sweepstakes ticket holder has a chance to win 1 of 10 prizes awarded weekly with up to $200 in cash prizes for each of 17 weeks of the pro football season. The cost of the 2 required fundraising tickets have been pre-paid with your registration fees. We encourage you to sell the remaining 3 tickets for $20/ticket. All sold ticket stubs and unsold tickets must be returned. Turn in the payment for the remaining 3 tickets ($60) to PAFA when they are sold. If these tickets are not sold, they are not active tickets in the weekly sweepstakes and they should be returned prior to the start of the season. Extras are available if you want to sell more & earn great incentives (see reverse for more information). The ticket holder also receives 3 valuable offers from local businesses included on their ticket.
1. When you sell a ticket, complete ALL info on the back of the sweepstakes ticket, including your name as the seller. Tear this ticket stub off and keep it in your packet along with money collected. The buyer keeps the top portion of the ticket, including the 3 offers.
2. You can accept cash or check as payment. Checks should be payable to PAFA.

given to a specific player or team. The ticket will be mailed to the purchaser with no shipping cost.
Ticket Stub & Money Turn In
Turn in money & ticket stubs (+any unsold tickets) to the Fundraising Chairperson at PICTURE DAY, during your picture time slot, on Monday, August 26 or Tuesday, August 27. Players unable to return tickets during this time, may turn in to their team manager or DA no later than Thurs. August 29. If you do not turn in your stubs, you will not be registered to win cash prizes.
How Football Fantasy Sweepstakes Works
The Football Fantasy Sweepstakes is fun for participants because they have an opportunity to win 1 of 10 cash prizes each of 17 weeks of the pro football season with the top weekly prize being $200. Each ticket has three pro teams randomly assigned to it each week and no two cards are alike. The ticket holder whose teams score the most total points that week wins the top prize. How do I know if my ticket won?
Weekly winning ticket numbers are posted on the BoosterShot website (www.goboostershot.com) every Tuesday during the sweepstakes. See the back of your ticket for information.
How do I claim my prize if I win?
BoosterShot will automatically mail out your winnings as soon as winning ticket numbers are announced each week. You do not have to do anything to claim your prize.
Do I have to go online and register my ticket?
No. You simply need to complete your contact information on tickets stubs and give stubs to the seller.
What are my chances of winning a prize?
Every ticket minimally has a 1 in 29 chance of winning.
